Information about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

2. Principles of Data Processing

We process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).

Personal data is only processed:

  • with your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR)
  • for the performance of a contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR)
  • for compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR)
  • for the purposes of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR)

3. Types of Data Processed

3.1 Automatically Collected Data (Server Logs)

Each time you access our website, the following data is automatically collected:

  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the retrieved file
  • Website from which access was made (referrer URL)
  • Browser and operating system used
  • Name of the Internet provider

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) to ensure the technical functionality and security of the website.

Retention period: 30 days

3.2 Contact Form and Email Communication

When using our contact form or email inquiries, we process:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Message content
  • Phone number (if provided)
  • Company/Organization (if provided)

Legal basis: Contract initiation/performance (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) or legitimate interest in responding to inquiries (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Retention period: Until final completion of the inquiry, but at least 7 years due to commercial and tax law retention requirements for business correspondence.

3.3 Appointment Booking (Cal.com)

We use Cal.com for appointment scheduling. The following data is processed during booking:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Selected appointment
  • Additional information (if captured in the booking form)

Legal basis: Contract initiation (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and your consent.

4. Cookies and Storage Technologies

🍪 Zero-Cookie Default: This website sets no cookies by default and transmits no data to third parties. Fonts are self-hosted, and external services are only loaded after your explicit consent.

4.1 No Cookies by Default

This website works completely without cookies. We do not use session cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics tools. All fonts are loaded locally from our server — no connection to Google or other third parties is made.

4.2 Optional Services (Consent Required)

For certain features, you can optionally activate external services:

The booking calendar is only activated after clicking "Load Calendar". Then data is transmitted to Cal.com and cookies for session handling are set.
Alternative: Request appointment via email — completely cookie-free.

4.3 Your Control

You have full control: If you don't load the booking calendar, no cookies are set and no data is transmitted to third parties. The email alternative enables completely cookie-free appointment scheduling.

5. Data Disclosure to Third Parties

Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties:

  • if you have given your express consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR)
  • if the transfer is necessary for contract performance (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR)
  • if there is a legal obligation (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR)
  • if the transfer is necessary to protect legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR)

Data Processors

We use the following service providers as data processors:

  • Cal.com, Inc.: Appointment scheduling system (see Section 7)

6. Data Transfer to Third Countries

When using services such as Cal.com, data may be transferred to the USA. Cal.com is an open-source project and offers the option of using EU servers. Data transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, provided the provider is certified.

7. Cal.com - Appointment Scheduling System

We use Cal.com for online appointment scheduling. Cal.com is an open-source service by Cal.com, Inc. based in San Francisco, CA, USA. Cal.com is characterized by high data protection standards and transparency, as the source code is publicly available.

Data Processed:

  • Name and email address
  • Selected appointment time
  • IP address
  • Browser and device information

Purpose of Processing:

Enables easy booking of consultation appointments and initial meetings.

Legal Basis:

Contract initiation (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) and your consent during booking.

Note: By using the Cal.com booking form, you consent to the processing of your data by Cal.com. Alternatively, you can arrange an appointment via email.

8. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right to Rectification

You can request the correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data.

(Art. 18 GDPR)
Under certain conditions, you can request the restriction of processing of your data.
Right to Data Portability

Right to Object
(Art. 21 GDPR)
